A few days ago prime minister Adrian Hasler has been asked bei Swiss daily “Neue Zurcher Zeitung” also about “black sheep”.

He said, it is not a problem of the whole trustee-sector. It is a problem of black sheep. And he is right!
And he is also right that Liechtenstein did quite a few things in the past year to fight against black sheep. (criminal proceedings against black sheep). We hope that the – here again announced – new governance rules for trustees will be anounced soon and that they will be powerful enough to really fight black sheep.
